6. Rewards and promotions

Draft, needs legal review.

Solbeans may offer promotional rewards, such as small amounts of SOL for first places in certain rounds and shows ("Rewards"). Rewards are a discretionary promotion, not wages, winnings from a game of chance, interest, or a return on any purchase or holding.

  • Eligibility. Rewards are available only to accounts with a linked wallet, in shows that meet the minimum number of real players and other conditions shown in the game, and only where lawful. You must meet the minimum age and are responsible for complying with the laws of your country, including taxes.
  • Amounts and caps. Reward amounts, daily caps, budgets, minimum claims and pending periods are set by us, shown in the game, and may change at any time without notice.
  • Pending, verification and voiding. Rewards stay pending for a review period. We may void pending or claimable rewards in case of cheating, botting, multiple accounts, exploits, errors or suspected abuse, and may recover rewards paid in error.
  • Suspension. We may pause, change or end Rewards, in whole or in part, at any time, including in particular regions.
  • No purchase necessary. Rewards can be earned without buying anything. Some optional features, such as premium shows, have different reward levels, as described in the game.
  • Payouts. Claimed Rewards are sent to your linked wallet. We are not responsible for wallets you cannot access or for network fees and delays outside our control.

TODO: jurisdiction exclusions, age limits, KYC thresholds if any, tax wording, sweepstakes/gambling law check per target market.
